What to confirm before we quote your parts.

Which file formats should I send?

Send a 3D CAD file such as STEP together with a dimensioned 2D drawing when tolerances, threads, finishes or inspection points need to be controlled.

Which materials can you machine?

Common projects use aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper and engineering plastics. Final availability is confirmed against the drawing and order quantity.

Can you support both prototypes and production quantities?

Yes. The machining route is planned around the current quantity and the likelihood of repeat orders so the project can scale without losing revision control.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Tolerance capability depends on part size, geometry, material, datum strategy and inspection method. Mark critical tolerances on the drawing so they can be reviewed before quotation.

Can you provide surface finishing and inspection reports?

Finishing, marking, material documents and dimensional reports can be coordinated when specified during quotation.
